Meet The Team

Jacqueline Demajo and Nadyne Cassar de Sain started supplying PVC doors and windows in the year 1999 through their company Direct Developments Ltd.  The company’s portfolio soon grew to include wooden door and window solutions and internal doors. They had observed the trend in other European countries and brought these products into Malta.   Other companies soon followed suit but Jacqui and Nadyne made in-roads by developing a reputation for personal service, a keen eye for detail and for supplying a superior quality product that lasts a lifetime. In a male dominated industry like that of construction, being part of a female partnership may have put them at a disadvantage. Conversely it worked in their favour because of the personal attention given to every project in order to ensure a perfect job from start to finish.

Victor Borg and Genio Camenzuli have been their faithful allies, handling installations for the past 15 years.  They have brought with them great expertise from their 30 year established aluminium manufacturing and installation company participating in several training courses over the years.

Furthermore Direct Developments Ltd has an expert team of trained Italian installers on call when and where the need arises.
